What the job is …
You will work in a team with 13 people located around the globe in Europe, Asia and US and your main tasks in our Logistics and Repair organization will be:
- Driving logistical transformation through projects support and IT change request management
- Work with global warehouse leaders on Standard Operations Procedure (SOP), providing guidance on processes and act as SAP key user
- Act as process specialist on warehouse, transport and repair processes
- Ensure appropriate use of the process by means of monitoring, auditing and trainings
For this position, you can expect 3-4 weeks of travel per year.
What do you offer?
The ideal candidate has a degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar and 5+ years of experience within this area.
You bring motivation and experience to optimize logistics processes (warehousing, distribution) by steering IT changes and process improvements.
We are looking for someone who is able to work in a very structured manner, motivated by having many touchpoints and stakeholders internally and externally. A strong business acumen as well as SAP proficiency on one or more the following ERP modules: (MM, WM, EWM, SD, BW…) will round off your profile.
It would be an advantage, if you are able to work within a multicultural environment pushing topics proactively until resolving with the ability to identify process improvements and ensure a proper implementation.
Due to the international environment, an excellent command of both written and spoken English is obligatory. Knowledge of other foreign languages such as German, Danish or French would be beneficial.
