BE PART OF OUR ROAD SECTION IN THE DEPARTMENT:ROADS, AIRPORTS AND DIGITALIZATION
Roads, Airports and Digitalisation has engineers, legal advisers, landscape architects and land surveyors at its disposal. We have an interdisciplinary approach to consulting on some of Denmark’s largest construction and infrastructure projects. In the department, you will become part of our road section, which consists of a taeam of 24 committed professionals who have experience that the best results are created through interdisciplinary collaboration.
We work in an informal environment with high ceilings, where there is room for laughter, and at the same time we take pride in recognizing each other’s ideas and expertise. We are characterized by our strong professional backgrounds, a good safety net and good collaborations.
A POSITION WHERE YOUR ROAD ENGINEERING COMPETENCES AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WILL DRIVE DEVELOPMENT
We need you with experience in the road field together with some level of project management experience. In addition, it is important to us that you are open, welcoming and passionate about maintaining and building new relationships. Your everyday life will include collaborations with many different stakeholders; customers, authorities, investors or contractors.
You will have get dynamic assignments, which will vary according to the projects you are engaged in. This means that you will have an everyday life with great flexibility, where you can work from the office in Lyngby or Ringsted, from a distance or be out on supervisory tasks.
In your daily work you will:
Assisting project managers on major infrastructure projects with:
Planning and time schedules
Deliverable submissions and milestones
Project quality assurance
Draft and completion of task contracts
Managing small to medium multidisciplinary road and infrastructure projects
Communicating with clients and building rapport with them
Ensuring successful project execution and delivery
Build customer relations at operational level
Identify medium sized business potential in own customer portfolio

In addition, you have:
Education as an engineer or other relevant background – e.g. experience from work in consulting engineering companies, municipalities or in the supply sector.
Experience with road engineering tasks and the like, which can be brought into play on our many exciting projects is preferable.
Experience and knowledge of project management with a desire to develop this
Knowledge of site supervision and preparation of tenders for road and infrastructure projects.
A good overview and solution oriented.
Good communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages, as well as English, both oral and written.
