About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive who will be responsible for creating, executing and optimising marketing plans, thought leadership content and sales collateral to drive awareness, sales and retention for our customers: banks, fintechs and subscription businesses.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, consideration, buying decisions and loyalty for Minna’s solutions and nurturing leads with compelling content and sales collateral.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product and customer success, you will help generate pipeline revenue and help influence and close high-value deals with banks, fintechs and subscription businesses with compelling content and collateral.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Monitoring and researching industry and market trends and competitive intelligence

  • Creating and executing content and product marketing plans

  • Creating, scheduling, promoting product and sales material, website and events content

  • Social media content creation, management and analysis

  • Ensuring marketing collateral is maintained and up-to-date

  • Creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns

  • Reporting on and evaluating marketing performance and optimising results

  • Liaising with creative agencies and helping to track departmental spend


You Are The Right Fit If You:

  • Are a collaborative, transparent and positive team player and direct communicator

  • Have experience in B2B enterprise marketing

  • Have startup or scale up experience at either a B2B fintech, B2B tech company, or Subscription Business

  • Have knowledge of fintech, banking and subscription economy trends

  • Are data-driven and analytical with a track record of driving growth

  • Have experience working at companies with a US and UK market presence

  • B2B enterprise marketing planning, execution, reporting

  • Writing and content creation

  • Social media marketing

  • Research and analysis

This role is listed as Hybrid Remote, and the need to be in office is flexible. In London we have a work share office where many employees come together 1x a week, but we are willing to be flexible if coming in less frequently is needed.
