How to contribute to our vision
For our “Cybersecurity Solutions & Governance” team we are looking for an “OT Cybersecurity Specialist” to support our software development teams conducting needed activities of SGRE secure development lifecycle process.
The “Cybersecurity Solutions & Governance” team is a dedicated security team within our OT software department placed under the “Software Solution Management”. The team contribute to the company’s business objectives in terms of customer requirement engineering, Cybersecurity solutions roadmaps, security architecture development and Cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance.
As an “OT Cybersecurity Specialist”, you will mainly work in the area of “Governance, Risk & Compliance” supporting our development teams in adhering to the policies, processes and instructions that align with the company’s development methodologies (i.e. SAFe).
The tasks for the position include providing guidance and support performing:
  • Security classification of software and 3rd party products.
  • Risk assessments on own development and 3rd party.
  • Requirement’s adherence and compliance checks
  • Technical support on the implementation of security requirements.
  • Secure coding activities, hereunder “Best practices”, “secure coding guidelines”, driving secure coding communities and tool support.
  • In this area, the position requires also overseeing and supporting the different teams to ensure that the policy framework effective and efficient implementation.
As a company we are strongly driven by standards and regulations but also focus on business opportunities in terms of products and features that create business value. Therefore a successful candidate will be able to:
  • Contribute to the implementation of security best practices and industry accepted security standards typically based on standards like IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures (e.g. security development lifecycle, vulnerability management, patch management, etc)
  • Provide tools, documentation, and training material to support the secure development lifecycle process
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in information technology or computer science or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with:
  • International security standards (i.e. ISO27K, IEC62443, NERC CIP) and their implementation in large companies
  • Security risk management process in the context of product development Cybersecurity national legislation, at least familiar with NERC CIP, NIS, NCSC
  • Fulfilling customers’ expectations in an industry that is undergoing major changes due to legislation and high impact business.
  • Experience with industrial control systems, network and technologies in the field of OT
