In Global Talent Acquisition, we aim to raise the bar on how we attract world class talent to our D&T function. As Global Recruitment Manager for D&T, you will help the business attracting and selecting the greatest talent from all over the world. You will establish great relationships with stakeholders within the organisation and support in creating the best person-career fit. Furthermore, you will:
Develop data tracking and reports of recruitment activities to ensure transparency and continuity across D&T
Design, develop, and own our recruitment products – this includes all recruitment policies, processes, and systems on a global basis as well as EVP/Branding and data
Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure best in class advisory to hiring managers and functional leaders
Raise the bar on hiring world class talent within D&T
Work closely with other departments such as People Technology, Global Talent, Performance and Reward, etc. on key strategic initiatives

Recruitment leader with a passion for hiring Digital & Technology talent
To succeed in this role, you are an accomplished Digital & Technology recruitment expert with a passion for identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent. Your work ethic is strong, and you are a team player who excels in building relationships across the organisation. You are a big believer in opportunities that happen when collaboration is at the centre of everything you do. Further to this, we hope to see that you have or can demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital and/or Technology Recruitment/Talent Acquisition – A-Z recruitment, including sourcing/search
Thorough understanding of digital & tech functions such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Data/Software Engineering, Coding, Machine Learning, Enterprise/Solution Architecture, Product Management, Technology Delivery & Planning, Master Data Management, Cyber Security and/or similar areas
Experience working with large amounts of data and presenting outcomes through compelling narratives
Preferably experience from retail and consumer-oriented sectors
Ability to operate at pace in an evolving and fast developing organisation
Ability to operate autonomously and flexibly
Structure and ability to organise your priorities in an efficient and effective way
Project Management experience in HR, preferably in TA/Recruitment
