An excellent opportunity has presented itself for a Tender specialist to join our Wound franchise team, based out of our brand-new facilities in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We’re looking for someone with highly developed skills within clinical healthcare, a talent for identifying trends and future requirements with a detailed mindset to answer product related questions in tenders.
Reporting to the Nordic Tender Excellence Manager, the key purpose of the Wound Clinical Tender Specialist is to drive and secure a high qualitative clinical agenda in Nordic tender completions.
You’ll be providing Key Account Managers with clinical product and tender specific insights and participate in customer interactions as the subject matter expert on the customer journey of wound management.

Essential Job Functions
  • In-house expert on product specifications and technical questions
  • Provide Strategic insight in tender structure and requirements
  • Key player in tender shaping by interacting with payers and procurement
  • Focus on driving TCO agenda together with our customers
  • Ensure compliance to cGDP, ISO 9001 and any other applicable quality standards or regulations concerning Medical Devices
  • Proactive member of Nordic Tender team operating with strong collaboration with Managers across the commercial organization
  • In cooperation with Key Account Managers, develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders in procurement and category managers in prioritized accounts
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship to internal stakeholders related to Tender Process and Product Marketing
Requirements
  • Nursing or other equivalent clinical background. Alternatively, a commercial background combined with experience from the Med Tech or pharmaceutical industry also considered
  • Minimum of 5 years background in healthcare. Beneficial if this is in the field of wound management
  • Experience working with tenders from a commercial, purchase or contract management perspective. Preferably within from the Health Care sector or Med Tech business area.
  • Excellent level of IT literacy, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe are critical.
  • 100% proficient in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish – Finnish – Norwegian – Danish), written and spoken
